We've had fun, they have very accommodating staffs and they let you check in early. Also the rooms were nice aside from the loud air conditioning. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay

The staff are friendly and accommodative but the deluxe room looks like a standard one.... Also, the table that was lent to my room was too high just like the table at a bar.. one more thing, I wasn't aware that there was a water interruption at midnight... I took a leak inside the c.r. but when I opened the faucet, there was no water at all.

This is the very worst ever hotel I booked in this apps! I really regret it! No soap,no toothbrush, they just handed you a 2bottle of 100ml water! And most of all they don't have a outlet for you to charge your phone! Im not going to recommend you this hotel!! I really don't understand why they call it a hotel! Because it's really not looked hotel, it's like cheap motel!! I won't go back anymore!😡😡😡

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone .

Don't like the room to small for deluxe not quite as for I requested, did not prioritize our waiting time I go to the receptionist for like 3 or 4 times to ask is the room ready? We waited 30 mins. They assisted us still they make us wait, If we are booked & fully paid for 1 day please give us room clean & tidy and quiet as for I have requested not just we are there at that time, you just start cleaning it..They must also ask if we could try another room that is already cleaned.. No landlines to use or to ask for assistance and no socket for us to charge our phones or gadgets no tables..It sucks!
